How to use
- Roll the plug between your fingers into a thin cylinder.
- Gently pull the top of your ear up and back, and insert the plug.
- Hold for a few seconds while it expands.

These are comfort ear plugs for sleep and relaxing. They are not certified hearing protection, so don't rely on them for loud work or machinery. Replace them when they get dirty or stop expanding. We can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened ear plugs.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free Australia-wide and every parcel is tracked. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels. Shipping details
Can I return something?
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described, we'll replace or refund it as Australian Consumer Law requires. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and for hygiene reasons that includes opened ear plugs and pillows. Returns & refunds
Will the colour I pick be the colour I get?
Yes. Every colour and size on our site matches exactly what our supplier ships, and product photos show the real item. Screens can show colours slightly differently, so if you're unsure, email us before ordering.
