This policy explains how Cozy Cloud ("we") collects and handles your personal information. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you order.
- Order details, such as what you bought and when.
- Messages you send us.
- Basic website data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies.
We don't see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
Why we collect it
- To process, deliver and support your order.
- To answer your questions.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which runs our online store.
- Payment providers, to take payment.
- Our product suppliers and delivery companies, so they can ship your order. Our suppliers are located overseas (China), so your name and delivery address are sent overseas for this purpose.
- Analytics and social media platforms (such as Meta, TikTok and Google), if you accept cookies.
Some of these companies store data outside Australia. We don't sell your personal information.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable platforms and take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing hushhoursleep.help@gmail.com. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
