Where we deliver
We currently deliver within Australia only.
How long it takes
- We process orders within 1–3 business days.
- Your order ships from our supplier's warehouse overseas, so most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of ordering.
- If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
- Around Christmas, sales events and public holidays, delivery can take longer. We'll post Christmas order-by dates on this page when we have them.
Tracking
We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating.
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
Order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hushhoursleep.help@gmail.com with your order number. We'll track it down and, if it's lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
