Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry. Wash dark colours separately the first time.
Good to know
"Cool-touch" describes how the fabric feels when you first touch it. It doesn't chill or lower your body temperature. It may arrive vacuum-packed; shake it out and let it air for a few hours.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free Australia-wide and every parcel is tracked. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels. Shipping details
Can I return something?
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described, we'll replace or refund it as Australian Consumer Law requires. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and for hygiene reasons that includes opened ear plugs and pillows. Returns & refunds
Will the colour I pick be the colour I get?
Yes. Every colour and size on our site matches exactly what our supplier ships, and product photos show the real item. Screens can show colours slightly differently, so if you're unsure, email us before ordering.
Do you ship outside Australia?
